We strive to be on-site at least 90 minutes before your scheduled rental time to facilitate setup and ensure a seamless experience. This early arrival won't deduct from your rental period. For instance, if your three-hour package starts at 6:00 pm, we'll be there by 4:30 pm. Feel free to inform us if the setup coincides with any significant activities that may cause disruptions. If you have uncertainties, consult with us – we're here to assist!

Absolutely! You'll have a dedicated attendant present to handle the setup, operation, and any inquiries throughout your event—unless you opt for our digital drop-off service. In that case, the attendant will drop off, set up, and tear down the booth once you're done.

Yes! We highly recommend a Scrapbook for weddings. Also great for birthday parties, anniversary, or retirement parties. This is a great keepsake to have for years to come!

Absolutely! We'll ensure that everyone signs the guestbook and adds pictures, whether it's your personal one or our provided scrapbook. If you decide to bring your own, just remember to bring along pens and adhesive if necessary.
